All Hattori Hanzo boards are made to order. They are tailored for each customer. We call it also semi-custom because the shape is based on our designs, the rest is customisable. This means we have no stock and you should order early enough to get your board for the next season.

During the order process we discuss with you the features of your board and tailor it to your weight, riding style and personal preferences:

• The stiffness / flex is adapted to your weight and riding style
• Every wood core is made out of hand selected wood, with no knots or finger joints. It is the heart of our boards and this is how we handle it.
• One some models we offer different fibres  you can choose out of (glasfibre / carbon ,…)
• We put binding reinforcements or inserts for binding of your choice (no more binding ripout with inserts)
• For the topsheet we offer veneers, printed design topsheets, transparent topsheets, carbon, …
• You can choose between different base & edge options
• And finally you can get a custom base finish (different stone grind patterns, edge base & side angle to your wishes)

We also do full custom monoskis, which are not based on one of our actual designs. Boardlengths up to 220cm or even more is possible. You can get the shape you always dreamed of. Contact us for details.

For building we use a high precision CNC machine and a custom build computer controlled press with up to 60 Tons pressure. The finish is done on modern Wintersteiger and Reichmann machines. And we take our time to carefully select and inspect the materials and to build your board to the highest quality. 

In case you damage your board we kindly offer our repair service.
