ORDER

Every Hattori Hanzo boards is made to order, personalised for each customer. This means we have no stock and you should order early enough to get your board for the next season.

Depending on time of the year and the status of our order book the production time is minimum 30 days, normally you should calculate around 60-90 days. When you contact us to place a order we will give you an estimate of the production time. That said, we can do miracles sometimes, do not hesitate to contact us.

SHIPPING

We are happy to ship our boards to you, wherever you are. To many countries (EU, eastern Europe, UK) we ship with GLS parcel service.

For boards with a length of more then 195cm or to countries not listed above we ship by UPS. Please contact us, we have to check the best shipping quotes for you.

Shipping costs for boards up to 195cm length by GLS:

Euro I:  € 20,60

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Poland, Romania

Euro II: € 26,90

Croatia, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Monaco

Euro III: € 31,40

Finland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Lettland, Latvia, Bulgaria, Ireland

PAYMENT

After the order is worked out with you we send you a build sheet with all options listed, the total price, estimated delivery and shipping costs. We kindly ask you to check it, fill out your shipping data and send it back to us to finally order your board. After we receive your payment we put your order into our working queue and are happy to start building your Hattori Hanzo monoski. The estimated delivery date is valid for max 10 days counting from the date we send you the build sheet. If confirmation or payment needs longer we inform you if the estimated delivery date will change.
